Heading to Red Rocks. Looking for recommendations for places to eat in Morrison and Golden areas.

Not a restaurant recommendation, but Red Rocks tip: if you make a reservation at the Ship Rock Grill (inside the venue) you can bypass all the lines to get in. I think they start serving at 4:30 or 5. Show your ticket at the gate, they'll have your name and allow you to enter. Food is just ok, but early entry is a big deal to us anyway. Pretty cool museum on site and if you're into the entertainer's merch, you beat the crowds to that. Oh, and tell the parking attendants that you have reservations and they will direct you to the upper parking lot which is closest to the restaurant. -
While you’re in the Denver area, go have dinner at the Buckhorn Exchange. Food is good, but the site is really cool. Been a restaurant since the 1800s. Bunch of cool history … old rifles, mounts, etc.Comment
