You guys who think a wild hog "won't have enough fat" obviously haven't killed any good woods hogs fat on white oak akerns!! They'll make you throw rocks at store-bought pork! It don't get no better 'n that! They can be skinned if you know how and leave all the fat right on the hog... This is one that I got with my bow in southern Liberty County... A wild hog has just as good a potential to be good eatin' as domestic pen raised port if given the proper food...
