Sushi Bazooka - NILGAI

Tried something new tonight. Ground Nilgai, crawfish, asparagus and cream cheese.... all run through the sushi bazooka and then wrapped in bacon and grilled. AMA----ZING!!!

I’m highly offended that you would risk wasting Nilgai, crawfish and asparagus and above all things that are holy, bacon. After seeing the results I will be trying this soon. Thanks for sharing.

Can stuff with anything obviously. We gonna try jalapeño, shrimp, and garlic slivers next.

Then might go with a chili seasoned meat with refried bean and cheese center….
