Rtic backpack cooler (anybody have one)

So I have a backpack cooler from Rtic and it leaks, does anybody have one and is this normal? I looked it over and see no holes, I would think it should hold water.

The rig just gave us one from completions of the last well we drilled. Im still offshore and have not used it yet. Not real sure what Ill use it for.

I have a old 30 can soft side that doesn't leak, zipper finally broke after about 7 years.

I had a 20 soft pack that I put through it’s paces and it never leaked but I think Rtic’s quality isn’t what it used to be either.

Flex sealed the inside liner on both mine, works like a champ!

I have one that is used EVERY Monday thru Friday. I pack it with waters and ice to have at work. Sits in the front seat of my truck. Never has leaked in 18 months or so since I started using it

Yes i really did. One rattle can did both back packs and another smaller softside.
