I’ve got a restaurant I will sell you that has 3 ice machines and an 8 head fountain machine. You can live your dream out.

I got a couple from restaurant supply auctions.
No guarantee it'll work, but last one I gave $250 for and it ran for 2 years before I had to repair it. It had a 50 or 75lb hopper I think. Would fill up a couple ice chests.
If u know anything about refrigeration this is tje way to go.

He has more videos of his first build, the improvements he made, and now this latest version. Might be something one of y’all gives a shot and see how it works out for you. Probably $500 or so and some time to get it all set up. Not sure how much ice one of those chest freezers could hold, but I’d bet it’s a couple hundred pounds.

Not true.....I stopped going to buccees to buy their cheap ice after I bought my ice machine. Only took about 5 times keeping my wife out of there to pay for the ice machine.
