Kansas hunting question

I killed this one in December of last year during rifle opener in SW Kansas. I had access to a lot of private and public ground. Be ready to pass up **alot** of deer to kill a big one.

I haven't hunted KS in a while, when did they eliminate landowner tags?

I believe they stopped that 2-3 years ago.

Landowners can still get tags if they own over 80 acres but cannot or no longer transfer them to anyone.

So that is the part that changed. I don't really keep up with that due to me having a Lifetime Kansas License..

That bites, my buddy inherited some huge pieces of land in tribune Ks
And some more south of there
