Battery Desulfation

Has anybody had any success with any of the products that are supposed to renew batteries?

Never tried this so hear say only. I guy I know told me he did this to make golf cart batteries last lots more years. He said pour the acid out of the batteries and replace with new acid. That's all I can tell you.
