Did it get frozen during the freeze? Probably time for a new one

I’ve been thru 2 of these type of heaters. Same issue. Every time I thought they were dry. So what I’m now gona try is just to rig up a hot water heater heating element and drop it in my water tank to heat the whole tank. Eliminate that heater.

Looks like corrosion on other lines too. May want to check with manufacturer about getting complete replacement coil. Fixing those holes is probably going to be a very temporary fix.
