    A youngster was viciously attacked by a coyote at Huntington Beach in California. The incident occurred when a mother took her two children to the ocean to paddle last on Thursday night.

                    Don't know details and will not judge but when my kids were that size they were in my field of vision at all times when outside and at least 90% of the time when inside
