    Crawfish Pot and Burner

Can anybody give me a good recommendation on some good boiling equipment? My outdoor gourmet jet burner and 100 qt pot have done me pretty well, but the burner has started to give me trouble and its about time for a new set. Definitely do not boil enough to warrant a dedicated crawfish boil, I'd like to stick with a pot and strainer type of setup.

Anyone have a brand that they swear by?

Also feel free to let me know your favorite "nontraditional" addition to a crawfish boil below, I've heard great things about brussels sprouts

Not to hijack but curious from experienced people…how important are burner BTUs? I see the regular burners anywhere from 16,000-30,000 and then I’ve seen some putting out 200,000.

Get the same set up from Academy for $180 and then get a higher PSI regulator and swap it out. Makes a pretty big difference. Thats what I use.

I've been happy with the jet burner I bought at Ace Hardware, but cannot remember the brand. Bayou Classic maybe?
