I have been looking for a used bulldozer, for the past few weeks. I mentioned this to my father, last week. Today, he called me to ask if I thought he should buy this NH track loader.
This will be mostly for clearing fence lines, some dirt work, etc. We already have several attachments, such as tree-puller, post hole digger, grapple, and buckets. We want to get away from using our big tractor/FEL for this kind of work, for several reasons. The tractor is too big to get into tight places. It is hard to see the implements from the tractor cab. It is slow to maneuver in trees. We want to take this work off the Tractor FEL.
He is looking at New Holland, since we are nearly complete NH ranch, and he has good working relations with the local NH dealer.
So, I am open to opinions on this or other NH Track Loaders. Good, bad, or indifferent.
