Hard to find one for sale......very few left in the program

Yes I found what the annual cost to hold one was, but you have to first purchase one from someone that is a holder of one. TPWD has been buying them back and from what I understand maybe a little over a hundred left. I have an opportunity to acquire one and am just trying to find a fair price. Thanks for everyone's help.

They sell fast at 20k, that was a few years ago. Not sure what they go for today.
