    Put on tin foil, salt, pepper, butter and squeeze lemon all over it. Cover and put on the grill.
    I run my knife on the skin to get the scales and slime off and then rinse first.

      I haven’t found a way to freeze rainbows that still come out any good. If you do it and it works revive this thread to let us know

      Those 12-14” rainbows are a pain to eat haha I’m really picky with living in NB as well. Still perplexed you drove all the way to OK when we have some of the best rainbow fishing in the US right here at home.

            Cooked it in a foil packet. Really good. Kids enjoyed it.
