We just paid ~$2700 for 5 tons. It’s gotten crazy for sure. Chuckfu will have to give the details on where he ordered from. That’s delivered, but it’s gone up at least 25-30%.

Only problem with this thread is the cost of fuel to get the best price. Good luck everyone.

Kinda how I’m justifying it myself. Switched leases this past year and feeder fill trip went from 450 miles round to 140. Consolidated all protein to a Hammer Feeder system so consumption/waste was cut in half. That combined with being able to do it all in half a day vs a weekend all adds up to savings.

I have a cell cam on my hammer unit and all the bucks eat first and the does get the leftovers. Makes more since to me at this point with feed and fuel prices as well.
