Crawfish boiler replacement part?

I borrowed my friend's Outdoor Gourmet Dual Sack Crawfish Boiler for the weekend. We ended up not being able to use it because the regulator was bad and would not keep the first burner going. I had an extra regular so I thought I'd replace it.

Nope, the old regulator hose was frozen to the brass fitting and when we tried to remove it, the brass fitting snapped.

Well now I feel obligated to fix or replace the burner tube.

But I cannot seem to find the replacement part. Can anyone help me with this?

Maybe a gas company or welding supply would have the proper fitting and then find someone that can sweat it on for you good luck. Murphys Law applies when using borrowed equipment. Good luck.

So, I had a similar issue with a fryer from the same brand.

Replacement parts are non-existent. But, we were able to find parts from other brands that fit. This was for a thermostat however. Point is it seems they use ‘generic’ parts.

As for the freezing over and not burning properly. Your propane tank was over filled. Burn the gas off and you’ll be fine.

I can assure you, the tank was not overfilled. I had used it previously to can my jelly.

Good Plumbing or A/C shop/contractor can correct this if you don't have the tools.

You still have a regulator or tank issue. Like another said, too much in tank or pressure from tank won't work. But, regulators sometimes do fail. Especially if they ever get moisture in them.

Is the inside of that tube threaded? If it was MINE...I'd JB weld a new fitting inside it.

For someone else's, I'd see about a welding shop tig welding a new fitting to the end of it.

Whats the OD mic of the tube?

Should be able to put a compression fitting on it back to MNPT then from there go to the hose.

Looks like 1/2" stainless steel fittings might would and hook up to the tubing in the picture. Compression o one side and 1/2" pipe threads on the other.
