30x60x12 metal building cost

I am paying 45K for a 30x40 with 15' overhang on back 40' concrete on 30x40 with no internal work done.

2 10x10 roll up doors 2 windows and 1 walkin door.

Almost exactly what my Dad just had built in Sabine County and paid a little more than you but close.

Sounds about right. I just got a quote for 25x40x14 sidewalls, foam insulated, roughed plumbing and electrical and a 25x8 overhand for $55k. I still need more concrete and an office framed and finished. I’m thinking it will be about $85k when done.
