So I built the Hogamatic 2 years ago and it has performed almost flawlessly with the exception of a boar over 300 lbs breaking out. I recently moved it to a new place that has some real hog issues and decided to make a few revisions. Originally it was 5 panels and now it is 8 increasing the circumference to hold more pigs before trigger is activated. Plus I added a shroud to the feeder making it directional keeping most of the corn inside the trap. It was completed on Tuesday and as you can see they are already getting comfortable with the new set up. I will either set the trigger on Monday or wait one more week depending on consistant activity. Stay tuned. Pictures are definately forth coming.
