I was gifted 2 RING flood light cameras and they are awesome. I just took the old flood lights down and replaced them with the ring cameras. Took maybe 10 min.

Ours pick up squirrels and cats. Wish I could adjust the sensitivity...

I have a couple of these on my property. They are WiFi and use an micro SD card for recording. Been real happy with them.

I've been looking more and more into it and I'm thinking about going with a simplisafe system. It's more than just cameras, pretty affordable and nothing that is "hard wired" so good for a rent house.
