A lot I looked at on limestone 4 years ago for 7k is now listed for 65k.

And a push pole John boat or kayak is all thats getting to it today and the lake is up!

Less than an acre down the street from us sold for 60. That's more than 3x what we paid for 2 on a corner.

It’s getting crazy…
Glad we bought when we did.
We paid 380k for our house and 30 acres. I would guess we could almost get double that now, but we would pay double trying to get what we have and taxes would be more as well…
If I didn’t have kiddos, I would sell and move to Oklahoma or Arkansas.

That’s not horrible. Come to Fayette or Bastrop county and see what the prices are. 15k is about average right now.
