So we have been talking about a TBH get together for the East Texas crew for a while and would like feedback on interest and the date. May 14th would be good for us. Our restaurant seats 160 indoors and 30 outdoors. We can block one side indoors accommodating around 80 people if we had that many in attendance. I am going to donate 200 lbs of mud bugs and fountain drinks and our full menu will be available to our guests but only crawfish and drinks will be comped. I am thinking from noon till 4 or 5 allowing us time to prepare for our dinner crowd. Any feedback will be much appreciated so we can make the date official and get an estimate on head count. Open to any members from where ever not just East Texas. BTW we are BYOB on alcohol.
