Your lower is probably fine. Probably looking at a tear down, new prop shaft, new seals, new prop.
I've seen a few of them break like that and I have bent several on SHOs. Their prop shafts are not very stout.

thats what ive been told capt glenn, hopefully its just the shaft cuz i need to fish buddy...lol
