That was a huge win. I think it buys some more time for Luka to heal. If he sits out game 3 and we lose, but he comes back at full-strength or close to it for game 4, I like our chances.Comment

Yup, if the Mavs Rest Luka in game 3 and he plays game 4 and we split the games in Utah, then it's a best of 3 series with two games in Dallas and hopefully with Luka playing and I still like our chances.Comment

Mavs have made 13 3balls and the bench has put up 38 of the 68 pts.
Maxi is 4 of 5 from beyond the arc and scrub Davis Bertans has 12pts himself.
Gotta hold off a run by the Jazz I'm sure in the 2nd half.

Wow this team continues to impress I didn't think they could repeat the previous game's performance but they proved me wrong. This definitely helps take the pressure off of bringing back Luka to soon. Green stepped up big in this game, I was starting to think he would have to ride the bench this seriesComment

I've always like Green's hustle, I thought his confidence was shot down after being taken out in the last game, but it seems Jason Kid has worked on him and it showed in Game 3. Will be interesting to see how the flow of the game/ game plan changes when Luka is back. Not having Luka has basically forced Powell to the bench, if he comes back that will effect Kleber's minutes, going to be interesting for sure. Should help Finney-Smith and Bullock get some rest though they've been playing non stopComment

I was afraid Luka may hurt himself jumping up and down on the bench he was having so much fun.

Some pitiful officiating going against the Mavs so far. So many folks in foul trouble already. Luka not getting the minutes as they are easing him back into the fold apparently.
Mavs shooting just 27% from the field right now. Kleber has more fouls than points and Mavs forced to play small ball.Comment
