    I’ve worked on a ranch in Oklahoma, that this was an issue. There was Texas land on the north side of the river and Oklahoma land in the south. We actually fenced the border, where the river once was. Here’s a survey pin, first I’ve seen of this kind.

          Yep, spouse's family has gained and lost land along the Red. Their land is on a bend so it changes with the big floods.
