Lawn Care - Tyler Tx area

Not sure if this should be in classifieds but I figured the traffic here is much higher for reaching out. Any TBHers do lawn care or recommend one in the Tyler area more specifically in Troup Tx? Not my personal property but a single family rental I own.
    Thanks

IDK but I will tell you who not to use. Don't use Cevin Price. He is a thief.

I’ve been thinking about picking up a few yards on the side. How big is the lot? Mainly want to stick with estate sized lots to make it worth my while.

It’s about 1 acre size to the area I want kept mowed. Total lot size is 1.7 acre but 3/4 of it is in the back
It has the house plus a small barn style storage (approx 16x15). Relatively flat terrain with the exception of a ditch line in the front. I’ve considered spraying in that ditch to mitigate weed/high grass growth. Remains wet for a good while during rainy season
You are welcome to take a look if you would like. Just let me know

Will a zero turn have access to all grass?
