Hand Corning isn’t an option for me. Our lease is in Comstock and quite a haul. I buy 4 bags at a time whatever the price at Mummes in Hondo or Del Rio Feed and top off our Stand and fills…turn them down to 5 seconds in off season. Crank up to 12 seconds opening weekend of archery season.

      Good question.
And what would it be that also didn't suffer from the same price increase, was moisture resistant (not to plug feeder) and stores long term easily (can sit in the feeder without going bad).

It can't be too tasty where I hunt, hungry cows to deal with.

My current plan is to just throw less, I always spice it up with road feeder corn when I'm there.

With the price of nitrogen, potassium, diesel, labor, maintenance, farmers taking acreage out of production, it is going to get cost prohibitive for many in a hurry.
