Electrical Question

I have a 50amp RV box that is wired into my home panel which takes a 4 prong plug. My question is can you plug in a 240 volt welding machine to it and if so do they make an adapter to do so. I know the 3 prong is 2 hots and a ground and the 4 prong is 2 hots with a ground and neutral. I know that RV’s have nothing that runs of 240 but you actually get 2 sides of 120 for the RV.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Is'nt that the hack? Your solution is great. Do you remember when they did not make those and you had to free style that hook up? I'm sure more than 100 houses burned to the ground over the years....
