Flying a flag with the American flag

Isn't there a law that says you can't fly another flag at the same height as the American flag?

This is Clay Cooley in Arlington. Two massive flags at the same height.

It may only be flag etiquette or protocol, and not illegal.

I dont know if it is a law, but I know that the Texas flag is the only one that you are supposed to be able to fly at the same height as the American flag.

Not true. Any state flag can fly at the same height as the US flag.

You can stomp our Flag into the ground, and pee on it without any repercussions. No one is going to enforce how high it’s flying.

Other countries’ flags are flown at the same height as the American flag. Being that it is an Ukrainian flag in question, they’ve broken no etiquette.

Want to know how to properly respect the U.S. flag? Follow these rules, as stated by the U.S. Flag code.

Not true. Only Texas. Same with the capital building, only Texas can be as tall.

You need to go do some research.

Some worry about things that really don’t matter one way or the other.

It's sad that people don't worry about respecting our flag any more.

They have done exactly as they should?

When flags are displayed in a row, the U.S. flag goes to the observer’s left. Flags of other nations are flown at same height. State and local flags are traditionally flown lower.
