I’m looking forward to this big adventure like Jack said we have been together since 2010 and I’ve learned more about hunting and deer management and now I get to learn the happiness of owning my own place with a person I consider my best friend in life.

Sunday will be my first trip up north since we closed on the property and I can’t wait to open my gate for first time.

Thanks Jay for bringing this dream to a Reality.

Happy to be a part of it Terry! Let me know if you boys need anything else!

Spray foam is done, electric rough in is done, hopefully HVAC and plumbing rough this weekend.
Hoping to get the barndo built out and complete by Labor day.
Super green deer aren't needing feed right now but started some protein in timed feeders to see how they take to it. Don't think any of these deer have had corn yr round much less protein.

Concrete poured for porch area, ready to kick back in a chair and watch the sun rise and set for many season.

Electric, plumbing and hvac is roughed in. Hoping to hang drywall in next week or two. Start getting this thing closer to the finish line. Would love to be finished by august to start spending some full weekends with family and friends starting Labor Day weekend!

Can’t wait to see some pictures this week.

Finally got all electrical done HVAC done and about 75 % on plumbing rough but we had a opportunity come open with Sheetrocker’s so they are closing up all the walls and ceilings we can.

Jack is also got to play with his new toy all weekend. (Skid steer)

Can’t wait for some back porch sitting.

Just seeing this. Congrats guys. Place looks awesome. Lots of work but lots of good memories to come.

Do you know who built the barn? Color scheme and frame/build-out looks very similar to mine. Winsett Barn Co out of Morris, OK built our's.

Got to HH for the weekend. Terry and chase got some more of the electric rough in done. I had some guys there framing ceilings and hanging drywall. Now about all that’s left is to finish plumbing rough and Sheetrock for a couple hrs. Then get on the finishes and top out.

Also had 4 loads of gravel dropped this last week so did some dirt work and spread gravel so we won’t be stomping in mud if it ever rains again.

Did some brush work around some stands and around a stock tank with new brush cutter but don’t have pics of that.
