Yes sir bud. There is another one in Spring off 45. This one in New Caney is a big hit around these parts. We go there or Pueblo in Cleveland…both great.

Made the kids goulash with ground Axis

Made us some pork chops from a local homestead farmer, blackbuck burgers, and Aoudad sausage.

Can you post the goulash recipe? My wife’s family has one that is pretty good but I’m looking for a little more flavor.

                        1-1 1/2 lbs ground meat
                        1 diced white onion
                        1 diced bell pepper
                        3 cloves garlic, minced
                        1 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire
                        1 1/2 cups beef broth
                        1 1/2 TBSP Italian seasoning
15 oz can of diced tomatoes
15 oz can of tomato sauce
                        6 oz tomato paste
1 1/2 cups small elbow macaroni noodles
                        2 bay leaves
                        Olive oil
                        1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Coat bottom of pot with olive oil. Cook the onion and bell pepper until the onions are translucent. Add the ground meat and brown. Then add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. (30 seconds or so)

Then add Worcestershire, beef broth, Italian seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, macaroni noodles, and bay leaves. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a light boil and stir frequently for 20 minutes.

Remove the bay leaves and stir in the cheddar cheese. Then serve.
