Buisness name help

I’m being purposefully vague sorry. I can post more info the end of this month. Not naming the store, just our llc.

Specialty is a chicken sandwich and our target is our local community. However this is just our business name so this will not affect marketing or anything, just strictly for our entertainment.

Well then if it’s just for the LLC Smith Enterprises should be sufficient. From there you can go any direction with as many businesses as you want.

Well to follow up, my wife was selected to be a Chick-Fil-A operator today. Took us 8 years of hard hard hard work. I’m super proud of her!

Not any name suggestions, but some strategy advice. I would form the LLC under a more generic name and then have the name of the restaurant, catering, food truck listed as a DBA... This way you can use the LLC if you want to expand to other business ventures.

Example:
Smith & Co. LLC dba Chickensmiths Restaurant

I’ve always been of the opinion to form a separate LLC for each entity / venture. That way if the business is ever sued, it won’t ruin all of your businesses / ventures - only the one being sued is at risk.
