Honda outboard mechanic needed near Brenham

My Honda 150 outboard is throwing an alarm and shutting down when I hit 4500 rpm. Anyone know of a reliable shop to check it out not too far from Brenham area. Local shops do not have the computers to diagnose this brand (just mercury and Yamaha). Someone mentioned one in Montgomery/Lake Conroe area?

Just FYI on this one, Masters doesn't work on Hondas. I just reached out to him because mine needs some attention as well. If you find any takers please update as I am looking too! Thanks

Google search brings up nothing in your area. Try calling any Honda dealer and ask where the nearest diagnostics to you is. They should know who has their machines.

They don't mess with Hondas either, I found a taker at Holiday Marine in Humble.. We will see if they can handle it

That's an easy job you can probably do yourself if you can find the parts. I like to never found the correct kit for a 40 nissan last year.

Holiday is in Huffman and he is legit.


He works on tohatsu/ Nissan I’m sure he can handle Honda too.

He has done work for me in the past.
