I tried this a few weeks ago and it was a ghost town. So I will respond to your post since nobody responded to mine. Best of luck finding a spot!
Maybe try the local donut shop in the area you wanna hunt. A lot of ranchers head to town for morning coffee and a donut. Maybe the feed store. Good luck!!!

Agreed on the feedstore. Most of them have a bulletin board, etc. that you can post on or check out if someone else has posted.

Nobody wants somebody they don’t know on their land. Liability, just don’t want the hassle, etc. I can’t blame them.
It is hard to find land right now even for me. I have been doing this since the 80's and have a good reputation but there is always someone that owns 10 acres that messes stuff up. Good luck on your search.
Hire yourself out for hog eradication hunts. Run an add in the paper and offer to sign a liability waver. No way I’d pay someone to get rid of their problem.
This. I have so many hogs that i can't take care of them on 50 acres but I just don't want the liability of having someone come in and shoot some.
I totally get it.
I hunt ALOT of land. One guy recently is the 1st guy to get me and buddies to fill out liability waiver. As they have a lot of money/assets they don't want sued. I get it
I am actually leaving work soon to go pick up and drive 300-400 acres next to him that he called his neighbors to pick up for me.
Hence why you have to have someone you trust. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Yep, I know a fella who has 5-6 ranches to hunt turkeys, only pays for one. Then has sole access to 50,000 Tx acres (correct zeros) for elk and auodad. All from word of mouth and a couple meetings.
It would be great if one of you fellas that has signed and has a copy of a liability waver can share it here… maybe other folks could present the waiver to ranchers/farmers when they ask for permission to hunt.
From what I've read and heard it really needs to drawn up by a lawyer and very specific to the land to be really worth it's weight. And then if you're sued you still have to hire a lawyer to represent you. Not saying that you guys that want to lease and hunt would do that but if you got killed your family would most likely hire one of those Personal Injury attorneys and the fight would be on.
