    RV help

Need suggestions on which direction to go on an rv sale.
It is a 2006 34' Montana Mountaineer 5th wheel located in Lockhart. Do I spend time and money to do repairs such replace an a/c unit etc. or just try to sale it as is.
Some background, have owned it for 8 years and have done some repairs, new roof, tires, 1 a/c unit etc. I am 75 so I am limited on what I can do myself.
Just don't know with the rv market these days.
    Thanks for the help.

Supposedly the used RV market is strong yet. I wouldn’t put any money in to something you are selling. Unless it effects functionality. That said, a/c is pretty important in Texas. Finding units may be the challenge. From what I have heard there are commodity issues in RV parts, just as automobile parts.

I would say it's probably not worth the hassle of repairing, especially if you have to pay someone to make the repairs. It would of course need to be priced accordingly. That being said, if it doesn't sell quickly then you might consider making a few repairs. IMO roof/water damage is at or near the number 1 concern when buying used RVs. While AC is very important, it's something that is pretty easy to replace as a DIY on an RV for someone that is capably of climbing up and down on the roof.

The used market is very strong, and there is no better time to sell. But if you still enjoy using it, spend the $600‐$800 and replace the ac
