    Bow set ups

I haven’t seen one of these threads on here personally so I thought I’d start one. I personally enjoy and have a passion for bow hunting and just bows in general, so I wanted to see what y’all’s set ups are and if you plan to change or tinker I guess with y’all set ups in the future.

    Bow set ups

Pse evoke 31 at 73 lbs. I have both Easton axis and muddyfuzzy black eagle Spartans
Cbe engage hybrid 3 pin. But been going back and forth about trying the black gold 2 pin
    Bee stinger stabilizer
    Ultraview brass hinge

Got the bow shooting good so I don’t wanna change much. But as for tinkering, I always tinker with broadheads

Obsession Sniper SS modified with the M2 cams and Breathen threads.

        28” @ 62lbs
        HHA Tetra Single Pin
        8” CBE Torx Stabilizer
        QAD MXT Rest
        Treelimb Quiver
        Stan Perfex Release

Slinging 487gr Victory RIP TKO shafts with a 100gr SS insert and 125gr QAD Exodus.

I’ll be swapping out the 60lb limbs with 65lbs here in the next couple of months. I had some shoulder problems back in the summer and went with 60 for the season. Shoulder is back so it’s time to move back up.

Mine from last year, blacked out RX3 Ultra with an MBG 3 pin Whitetail Ascent sight and a QAD MXT Ultra Rest.

That bow was 70 lb max and I had to drop draw weight due to an old shoulder injury. I was already on the lower end of the draw length and I didn’t want to run low on the length plus minimal weight, so I checked out some newer bows after the season.

Ended up with a Mathews V3X 60 lb bow. I’ve only been able to mess with it a bit to this point due to work, but I’m impressed so far.

Switched it up a little this year. Shooting a Hoyt RX7 at 65lbs 27” draw. Using my tried and truth Garmin Xero A1i for a sight with a Bstinger Stabilizer and Back bar. For arrows I’ll be using some 380 Gr. Black Eagle Carnivores with a brass insert 15% FOC that Muddy Muzzy is building for me. Broadheads will be my highly trusted SlickTrick Vipertrick or Magnums. I’ll be trying this set up next weekend on my hunt at a day lease.

                        2018 Triax 70# (pulling 72 on a scale)
                        -29.5” draw
-30” Easton Axis 5mm 340’s (probably should be shooting 300’s but it shoots great like it is)
-306 FPS using Texas Archery’s chrono
-HHA Optimizer Lite 5519 single pin (thinking of getting a lense kit for it)
                        -Scott Wildcat ll release

Been thinking of adding a little FOC to my arrow setups but its hard to make changes when its working so well. 436 total grains and getting passthroughs on everything from deer to massive pigs.
