    Zoom Camera Options

I have been trying to find a little point and shoot camera with decent zoom capabilities . It is nearly a mile drive back to my cabin and it seems I always see some game and want to get a better picture than my phone will provide . I have DSLR but don't always want to lug it . Thanks

Nikon Coolpix are a good option. Pricing from about $350 up to $1500. I believe Sony has some as well, maybe called Cybershot......?

I have a Canon S95 point and shoot that I always keep in my truck. It is several years old now so I do not know what has replaced it but what I really like about it is it can shoot in RAW, which you would know about from shooting your DSLR.
None of the poi t and shoot cameras have really long zoom lenses on them but I have found the one I have to be a decent tradeoff for some shots when I don't have my Canon R5 with me.

If you are up to spending some $ look at the Nikon P950 or P1000. They are larger point and shoots, but really great units. I don't have one but played with one a couple of weeks ago at the Laredo Birding Festival and it was nice!!!
