I ordered some seasoning and got it asap. He added some extra stuff and sent a hand written Thank you.

I fed my wife and I and the neighbors and everyone loved the chili. Can’t wait to try the fajita seasoning. Old school service is much appreciated and the product is excellent!

Eating some of Blake's chili as we speak. For the ground meat, I am using breakfast sausage made with venison and pork seasoned with Blake's breakfast sausage seasoning! Son, I say SON!!! Git ya some!!!

So you used the chili seasoning AND the sausage seasoning or did you simply use breakfast sausage made with his sausage seasoning for you chili to which you added chili seasoning?

I need to try that next time. I was going to put some chorizo in there but that was the second meal with solid food I have eaten in a month. If the chili wasn’t a stretch the chorizo would for sure have been. 100% chance it happens next time

I made breakfast sausage with Blake's sausage seasoning with about half venison and half pork butts. Then, I used 2 lbs of the ground breakfast sausage (in lieu of ground beef or venison) for the chili. I also used Blake's chili seasoning. I have to say, it's the best I have made...adds a little different flavor to the chili.

I have also made chili with Jimmy Dean's or Owen's sausage.

Blake is a great guy. Ordered some things on Monday had it by Friday. My wife saw the hand written note and said "that's cool, who sends hand written notes any more!"

I have to second the props!!! I ordered Chili seasoning and hot sausage seasoning and it got to my house quick!! Love it! Also finally made those french pastries(can't spell the name) and they are great also!
