Who remembers Charlie Robison?

Can't remember if it was Bruce or Charlie, but they headlined the coolest concert I've ever been to called symphony on the range. They had the whole mckinney orchestra up there on stage playing background for some of the most awesome Texas country bands of the time. I know Kelly Willis was there too, it was in southfork ranch, outdoor concert, and it was pretty dang cool. Don't know why they only did it once that I know of, I don't even really like the orchestra and it was amazing what those two sounds melted into.

His best performance I saw was during Musicfest at Steamboat in the main tent. He messed up his leg sjiimg earlier in the day. He was drinking Jack straight from the botlle saying "I ****ed up my leg y'all".

Who remembers Charlie Robison?

Many years ago In Gruene Hall, I met the lady that sold Bruce and Kelly their house in NB. Lady and her husband couldn’t understand how two artist could afford their house. She said he couldn’t even afford new jeans since his had holes in them. Lol
