    Security Lighting Question

I have a cousin up North of Mena Arkansas that wants to add security lighting aroundst his house and a small work shed about 50 yards from the house. He lives near the top of a fair sized "mountain" on 5 acres. Neighbors can be somewhat reliable, Law Enforcement would take a fair bit of time to respond to an emergency.
He's been asking me about lighting and I think he and I have agreed on motion sensor LED. He does have a couple of trail cams
So, what's a decent light fixture system that would light up the earth as he puts it.
I asked if he had an empty space for an additional breaker in his main box. He's sorta electrical challenged but he does have some outdoor receptacles and I'm guessing 120 volt and 20 Amp.
He does have a lot of deer traffic, plus season black bear.
I think his goal is to scare off trespassing, and possible theft.

Solar won't put out enough light unless you have a big panel and battery ..look into knuckle mount led 20w or above you can find some with built in sensor but I'd go with an in series sensor or on photocell unless he doesn't want them on all night, easily mounts to a box. Pay attention to beam spread depending on location, 25deg is a good middle ground narrow flood but may want some spots in areas to throw light out further

Does the electrical company provider supply security lights in his area. I have three and my point being made I just had to have one replaced. These new led ones put out significantly more light than the older ones. I pay a flat fee of $8.50 a month for each one.

You can buy 100w HPS guard lights at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I do not know if they have the newer 55 w LED lights yet. You can mount them on a pole or trees and run romex to them. Electric Company’s in Texas will install them too for a small per months fee but will usually only go so far per light free on the installation then it is so much per foot for anything over this footage. Monthly cost usually depends on wattage size.

These type lights have a photocell that turn them on and off dusk to dawn.
