A dream has come true and we will finally have a place to call our own, it's not much but it's enough to enjoy and hopefully chase some good deer. Over the years I have really enjoyed reading and watching posts from those that have bought land. Tracking the improvements from others on their place has been a joy and I will use this thread to do the same for our place.
We bought 40 acres NE of Antlers, OK that is pretty turn key with a cabin that is set up with water, electricity, septic and RV hook ups. We have a few little things that we are looking to add but nothing much. Of course we will be putting feeders up right away and watching what is walking around.
It is 95% wooded with two seasonal creeks and a bigger creek in the back that holds water year round.
We get the keys on February 15th, 2022 deer season can't get here fast enough!
