              Leave covered and simmer for 30 minute

              I made this tonight with some axis. It’s our go to chili recipe. I add a little more tomato sauce and 32 oz of beef broth.

                2 lbs ground venison
                1 lb. Diced venison
                2 small jalapenos diced finely
                2 tomatoes " "
                1 small onion " "
                1 bell pepper " "
                3 tbsp chili pdr
                1 tsp ground cumin
                2 miller lite longnecks

                Brown meat in cast iron dutch oven over a mesquite fire
                Add all other ingredients and 1 beer
                Add other beer as needed for liquid

                No salt needed but remains of a 12 pk of Miller's a must!

                Serve with crackers.

                        2lbs of venison chili grind
                        1lb of ground beef
                        3 small cans tomato sauce
                        1 can of rotel or fresh chopped green Chilis
                        1.5-2 containers of the 2oz cheap chili powder usually try to pick the most bright red
                        Light salt and pepper as needed
                        Last 30 min add ketchup for desired amount depends on the audience. (Usually not much for me but my girls like theirs little sweeter)

                          I just made some venison/pork sausage with Cajun Blake's breakfast sausage seasonng, and then made some chili with 2 lbs of the sausage using Cajun Blake's chili seasoning. I added more diced tomatoes (lots), and it is the bomb!

                          If you haven't made chili with breakfast sausage rather than regular ground beef, well.......you are missing out!

                            I’ve been using this one several years now. I’m a little generous with the red pepper and broth. It’s even better the next day after it’s been refrigerated in my opinion.

                              Here goes mine. Very simple. Stewed tomatoes 2 cans. 1 can of tomatoe sauce. Use tomatoe sauce can to add a can of water. 1 small can of tomatoe paste. Meat. (Your choice and amount fully cooked) 1 can of drained corn. 1 can of drained kidney beans. 1 packet of chili (brand you choice) 1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
