My wife and I are looking to buy an acre that has and old mobile home on it and an old chevy truck that may have a lost title. I don't think the heir is interested in finding it most likely. Can the truck be sold for parts without a title? Also, are there individuals/businesses that move or take mobile homes? Not sure we would even ask anything for it, just move it and it is whoever comes and gets it. Thanks for input.

I have heard that you can just post the mobile home on the facebook and someone will come get it to haul away and use it elsewhere. Just be sure they done try to drive over a septic tank or damage your property.
the vehicle could be used under a bonded title, if wanted for the property. or sold by piece parts. We had a vehicle that was abandoned from a previous hunter that was leasing the land. so it had sat there for like 3 years, we posted and some guy came and hauled it off to the car scrap yard to sell as parts. -
Thanks for the info. We actually sold a used mobile home a number of years ago but it was in much better shape. Not sure we could get anything for this one.Comment

Lawrence auto title in Taylor for a bonded title. I have done 3 in the past all easily done.
Depending on condition there is likely someone that would take the trail home if for freeComment
