    Medicare Part B

How do you pay for part B. I'm thinking they take the money out of your socialist security check. But what if you haven't filed for socialist security? How do the bloodsuckers get your money?

Yep. Part B comes out of your SS check.

they bill you - the amount is based off of your income from the year before

I bought a part B policy. Payment out of SS check was an option I didn't want due to the yearly fee increases with private insurance companies.
The additional fiasco of trying to log on to the SS website is a total trainwreck. The last I checked the SS office in Conroe was still in lock down.

I pay out of my pocket right now because I’m not drawing SS yet.

Pay out of pocket until you start drawing your SS.

I deferred Part B (and A) until I started talking SS at 65 and 4 months.
