What's really sick are the people that saw the deputy shot and instead of rendering aid, pulled out their phones and decided to gawk and record him dead in his vehicle and post it to social media.

A few on that firing squad did not shoot the guy, watch the dust clouds.

Glad he was caught, genuinely surprised the Mexican LEO/Government officials did anything to help capture him.

I think the angle of where they were standing made it appear they missed.
