    Health support

    So I offered in another thread down in the posts. With everything going on I’m sure there are a large percentage of folks that are wishing to improve health. I did something else for a living but have self educated for many years. If anyone wants help reach out by PM. Here is the best advice I can give that is simple and will benefit many and it’s easy

    Don’t drink anything but water, tea, coffee first off. Second start walking 10 minutes straight every day. “Everyday is key- make it #1”. Also start parking the farthest away from any establishment you are going to ( grocery store - Home Depot- etc).

    With just these simple-easy- things most Americans will drop weight and body fat dramatically in a year. Again guys reach out to someone and hold yourself accountable.

    Amen man! It really is simple stuff, especially when I see how the average american eats awful and moves very little

      This is the best investment advice anyone can make invest in your health. Lord know I didn’t in my earlier years.

        "every day is key"
        "Consistency..... "
        "routine..."

        All diets, workouts, plans.... mean nothing without these as part of em. It makes all the difference.

            Another piece of wisdom. Every person needs something designed for them. I’ve helped college athletes and women in their 50s. Every single one of them needed different plans. And anyone and everyone can be successful

              I always exercise but since the first of the year I stopped eating anything "white" and have only had 3 beers. I've lost a total of 12 lbs and most of it has been from my stomach.

                    We all have various tweaks , but it is definitely not rocket science [emoji6] . I've kept off 34 pounds or so for a year by being vigilant with the basics.

                      Sound advice Glen. Cutting the empty calories of alcohol and sodas alone will cause people lose weight if they are active at all.

                            OKTX. Neither. Was sent to a month school where I learned from one of best in Nation. Have spent 35 years self educating. Understand macros, blood type, body composition. Your encouragement and willingness to better others is an outstanding positive in this world and forum
