I didn't read all the responses but here's what we do...
First, no office chairs in ours. If that is all you want to know then there is no point reading the rest of this. We hunt bowhunt 2 people a LOT. Just a couple folding chairs in each blind. I've hunted 3 people in them plenty of times, again with folding chairs. It gets tight but doable. A few times rifle hunting we have done it with me, wife, and both kids. Really tight but we managed. Again, we don't use office chairs. I haven't seen an office chair yet that stays completely silent so to me, they just do not belong in a bow blind. If using for a rifle blind and set up 100+ yards away, I think you could get two office chairs in there pretty easy, and maybe a fold-up chair for a third person.

This is what I do, extra chair stays folded. Two people is tricky but doable, just practice shooting scenarios ahead of time so you can make sure you are positioned ok for the shot and everything clears.
