If you hunt elevated, you can easily drop an arrow to the ground. Don't want to climb down to get it, and then climb back up with the arrow.

If you encounter a rattler, and don't carry a gun, you might need to shoot several at the snake. Hogs might take up an extra arrow as well, possibly in self defense. I carry five broadheads, some fixed for brushy situations, and some mechanical.
