Tapatalk question

My phone recently did an update and now about 60% of the time when I click on Tapatalk, I get a black screen with a little blue arrow looking thing in upper right corner. I’ve tapped all over that screen and tried to slide all directions. Any ideas?

Over the last 10 years or so I've had issues with tapatalk from time to time. I delete the app, reinstall, and add TBH and it works for some time.
