I have an LEM brand with the crank. It's a huge pain in the rear to clean. You pretty much have to stop everything you are doing to clean it immediately, otherwise you end up with tiny pieces of meat getting stuck on the rollers.

It's such a pain that I pretty much never use mine. I just take out the meat hammer and beat it up.

To clean mine, I soak the rollers in dawn soap overnight, rinse with hot water to get the loose pieces off and place rollers in the dishwasher. Cleans them up good.

This might be a dumb question but this one attaches to your grinder correct? I was thinking bobster was talking about motor attachment that went on the Weston type.

This is exactly what I do.

Yep. Works great. I have Game Winner brand. Mine tenderizes and jerkey slices. Haven’t used it for slicing jerky yet.
With two folks it goes quick.

Sorry about the late response, just now getting back around a computer. Here is the one I have. It is a Weston. The added camo tape does not do nothing but help hold the box together for storage.
