Well, I got to bed late by about 2 hours therefore I didn't get to sleep as long as I wanted, but what I got was pretty good. I did some giant sets today to make up for missing yesterday. Back, shoulders and legs 3x10-12.
I skipped Friday and slept in. This heat is draining me. I've had heat exhaustion several years ago and now heat just kicks my arse. All weekend long I've felt run down. Took a nap Friday afternoon and yesterday as well. That seemed to help a little as I felt pretty strong in the gym this morning. I hit chest and biceps pretty hard with 3x10-12 increasing the weight by 10% each set.
Incline DB bench press/preacher curl
Incline DB bench press one notch lower/BB curl
DB bench press/arm blaster curls
Incline DB fly each setting to flat/overhead cable curls
I guess missing several days last week and basically recovering for awhile has done me some good cuz I've felt strong AF the last two days. Hitting the bed at 830 last night and sleeping all night was awesome! That doesn't happen often at my age. LOL!
Back and legs today. Supersets 4X10 on the heavy side and slowing the reps waaaaaay down.

Bent over BB row inverse grip/leg extension/ab roller
Belt squat/low row/cable rotation
Bodyweight pull up/hip abduction machine
Chest and shoulder day today. 3X10 with a 4th set for burnout. I'm toast for the day.
