    Fetus measurement charts ?

I’ve tried some light goggling with nothing yet. Anyone know where I can find the info to backdate inception on does based on embryo length ?

NDA has measurement tool you can order with the Julian calendar on it to back date. Most accurate field tool I have seen.

No help. But curious why you’re needing this? Verifying bred by a certain buck or what?

His much younger and better looking wife is pregnant and he is trying to determine without DNA if he is the father is my guess.

Late season doe kill, you can measure the fetus and back date to the time she was bred, Helps pin point the rut for an area

I never kill a Doe late season. For your reason. Early. Non bred. Yes. After the 1st week or 2 nope. Bucks, Culls only. That's my uneducated approach

Any reasoning for this other than you don’t want to kill a fetus? My thought is it doesn’t matter when I kill a doe as it’s either for meat or population control and either way I’m successful with those. She wouldn’t have a fawn in the summer in I shoot her at the beginning or the end of season either way. Just me theory.

I’m in the same mindset. Shoot a doe in Oct not bred is the same as shooting the same doe in Jan bred.
